If your IT issue doesn’t require a visit or it’s not practical to bring it in to our workshop, we offer a simple, secure remote assistance service that can fix many issues in under 45 minutes.
Simply download our support tool, allow access, and we can fix your issues, without you having to get out of your pyjamas or leave your home!
With our live chat feature, we can perform the repair without the need for a telephone call. Our remote system is completely secure, easy to use, simple to download. Plus, once it’s on, we can help with any future problems you may need help with.
Costs
Please note our charges for remote assistance. This service is included free of charge as part of our care plan and costs from only £10 per month. For more information please contact us.

Please note: If a repair is required as part of the care plan setup there will be a £36 charge. If a remote session is taking longer than this, we would suggest that we cannot repair via remote session, and we may need to look at alternative methods such as home or workshop visits.
